‘Christening hire’ of our stands!

“Thanks so much for the beautiful stands…..they were AMAZING!
Everyone commented on how special they were”. – Nina
These are recent photos taken at Baby ‘Roses’ Christening – I think the cake stands looked amazing for such a pretty and special event – and the sweets look plain delicious!! Thankyou Nina for sharing!

The ‘Blissful’ stand

I like each of these plates for different reasons. Top plate has a great eucalyptus flower graphic – the colourings of the middle plate with the lovely autumn leaves goes so well with the bottom plate of art deco patterning. The crochet doily was made by the late ‘Mrs Brooks’, a very sweet elderly lady who had a magnificent Christmas bush in her front yard that her father planted in the early 1900’s. The other plates in the photo are recent finds and are ready to be ‘drilled’.
Top: Sovereign Pottery,  Middle: Winterton Longton and  Bottom: Unmarked, but is numbered (very very old!)

The ‘Peppy’ stand

I think each plate compliment the others. The detail is amazing. The top plate even has gold detail.

Soy Candle Houses…& ‘Cooper’!

I just bought these cute and practical glass display houses for my candles. I think they work really well.
You can just see my Carlton Ware pieces behind. I love that stuff…such lovely colours and designs! I am slowly building on my collection.
