Rosemary Shortbreads
2 1/2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup sugar Put it all in a Food processor, then make into a roll and cut in 1cm thicknesses! Very more-ish!
