Rosemary Shortbreads
2 1/2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/3 cup sugar Put it all in a Food processor, then make into a roll and cut in 1cm thicknesses! Very more-ish!

High Tea on a nice day!
Today a bunch of my friends came for HighTea – for no particular reason!- Cake stands looked fab with a selection of scones, Rosemary shortbreads, tuna,egg & chicken sandwiches, cheeses and quiches. The orange tea cups, cake plates and saucers are ‘Aynsley – England’ and are divine.

High Tea at theVictoria Room Tea Salon…
Today, Kaitlin and I thought we would treat ourselves to High Tea at The Victoria Room Tea Salon…and we weren’t dissapointed. Each tier had perfect and delicious mouthful’s of utter joy! It was great to see our stands in action…
